Mommy & Baby Yoga
Join us for Mommy & Baby Yoga with yoga instructor Brandy Davenport.
We will move through traditional yoga postures to help tone a mother’s body after delivery, and begin to build your core strength. Mommy & Baby Yoga incorporates breath-work and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class.
It is recommended to begin Mommy & Baby Yoga six weeks after birth (or with doctor’s approval) and of course to bring your baby!
