The Nest Book Club
“A Flock That Reads Together Stays Together”
Read with us! We want to get to know you!
A new book club for anyone who wants to learn new things, feel better, help themselves and their families. Birds of a feather should flock together!
If you love books, and connecting with others, join us for an evening of lively and warm conversation. Especially during times of social distancing and the pandemic it is more important than ever to remain connected, healthy, and well for our families.
Our first book will be The Whole-Brain Child by Daniel Siegel, MD and Tina Bryson PHD. Ever wonder why children throw tantrums, or see the whole world through different eyes? The Whole-Brian Child sets out a practical and easy understanding of the science behind how a child’s brain works, matures and grows. The authors present twelve strategies for nurturing healthy brain development, building strong and focused children.
Our first meeting will be Wednesday, March 3, 2021 6:30-7:30PM. Club meetings will continue every other week on Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:30PM via Zoom Meetings. Initially, for our first meeting we will start with the first 2 chapters and continue at a pace that works our individual group. This group is completely free to join, order your book & register below to save your spot!
