Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items with the original tags still intact within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not accept returns for perishable items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*We do not refund shipping or gift wrapping costs.
**Breastfeeding/chestfeeding or pumping items are a final sale. We cannot accept these items back for a return.
***Due to the current pandemic, we may not accept some products back for return. In the event that the item is not defective we will issue you a store credit for the item amount.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
We can ship to virtually any address in the country. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
After you’ve submitted a return request to email@example.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package.
We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, or is listed below, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
- Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding products
- Pumping products
- Personal care items (Peri bottles, deodorants, toiletries, soaks, soaps, brushes, combs, etc.)
- Under garments (bras, underwear, etc.)
If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
