Newborn Feeding Basics - $60.00 (2.5 hours) 

This class will provide information that will build your confidence and empower you to establish a strong foundation for a successful newborn feeding journey. Newborn Feeding Basics is designed to offer a comfortable setting to learn about breastfeeding/chestfeeding and alternative infant feeding methods for both the birthing individual and their support person. We’ll cover:

  • Anatomy and physiology of lactation
  • Human milk composition & production
  • Let-down reflex

Newborn Feeding: Beyond the Basics - $60.00 (2.5 hours)

Now that you have laid your foundation in newborn feeding, lets continue to build on it. Our Beyond the Basics class does exactly that....it begins to cover topics beyond the basics of our Newborn Feeding Class. In this class we'll dive deeper into common challenges, how to overcome them, and more. We'll cover:

  • Common breastfeeding/chestfeeding challenges
  • How to overcome those challenges
  • Breastfeeding/chestfeeding supplies

This class is perfect for those who expect to return to work or leave their infant in the care of another person. We’ll help you navigate this transition by providing you with up-to-date information on:
