Here is a brief description of topics we cover:

Your birth philosophy and preferences, addressing fears, birth plans, basic anatomy of pregnancy and birth, preparing for labor, overview of labor process. Comfort measures and positions, alternative and medical options for pain management, other medical interventions, supporting services. Postpartum, breastfeeding and the newborn.

 Cost: $275.00

Length: 2 hours (1 class a week for 4 weeks)

This 1-day childbirth education class will help you prepare to overcome the obstacles you'll encounter in welcoming your new recruit.
