How does delivery work?

We deliver and pick up the same day each Friday!

How do I get started? 

Head over to our diaper subscription page, you'll add the service you'd like to your cart, If you'd like to add wipes or NOLEO to your weekly subscription just add those to your cart during checkout as well.

What if I’m not home when you pick up / deliver each week?

That’s okay! When you sign up, we take note of a pre-designated location where you can leave your laundry that is safe from the elements and accessible to us. If you are in a gated community we require that you provide us with the code so our delivery staff can get to your home easily.

What do you use for detergent on all cloth diapers?

We currently offer an unscented and a scented detergent option. Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive an email with a form where you will fill out all of your preferences. 

How does the contract period work?

Our service is on a week by week billing cycle. We request a one week notice to cancel subscription services.

If you have a planned date to end services, please let us know ahead of time and we bill per the needed number of weeks. 

What if I forgot to leave out my dirty diapers?

It happens, no worries!  You have two options:

  • Bring your dirty diapers to our storefront for a drop off: The Nest & Co:1820 21st Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301
  • Hold onto your dirty diapers for pick up next week, we will pick up two dirty bags.
