Group Prenatal Care

Group Prenatal Care

Group prenatal care is an alternative model to traditional one-on-one prenatal visits. It combines individual health assessment with group education and peer support. Sessions are typically led by a licensed provider and may include co-facilitators such as nurses, childbirth educators or doulas.

Wednesdays at 1:00pm | $30 per session

In each group session:

  • You will have a brief individual check-in with the provider for clinical assessment.

  • You will participate in facilitated group discussions on pregnancy, labor preparation, postpartum care, and newborn health.

  • Sessions are generally 60-90 minutes and occur at regular intervals throughout pregnancy.
