Gather & Grow Weekly Mini Workshops
Join us every Wednesday from 6:30–7:30 PM for free weekly mini-workshops designed for expectant parents!
Led by our wonderful team of doulas, birth assistants, and childbirth educators. Designed to empower, educate, and connect those expecting in our community. Each session focuses on a specific topic related to pregnancy, childbirth, or early postpartum, and includes a hands-on activity or guided experience to deepen learning and support.
From understanding birth plans to learning comfort measures, from mental wellness to newborn care, our workshops are a blend of practical knowledge, supportive conversation, and engaging activities—all led by experienced doulas and birth professionals.
